Gap makes a nice pair of women's tall wide leg pants. Wide leg pants always take the emphasis off of hips and makes them look slimmer. Get them while they are currently on sale. They have gotten high reviews. Read the following review from a tall woman:

These pants are great! I'm a size 16 (some days I'm pushing that even) and 6' tall so I get the XL length. I was a little concerned when I bought that the low rise would be an issue - it was perfect! It may be low rise, but it's just the right rise - not too high at all and definitely not low to the point of showing parts you don't want to show. Anyway, these are fantastic pants and I definitely recommend. Even bought in every color available!
