It's so hard to find tall pajama pants. Zappos is offering the Sweet Dreams Pant by O'Neil. They have a 36" inseam length and are a mid-rise. They have 5% spandex, so should be extra comfy.

Women's Long Pajamas

When I go to bed, I want to be comfy. Nightgowns are not my favorite especially if they have a tight neck. I tend to feel strangled in the night. I prefer a nice set of pajamas. I have my eye on several pairs of women's long pajamas at Long Tall Sally. They have long pajamas with 35" inseams.
