Basic Clothes for Tall Women - Part 2

Today I feature an example of our part 2 series of "Must Have Clothes for Tall Women." These are foundational pieces for your wardrobe to help you get started putting together a professional look. Start with the basics and then add a few seasonal items into your wardrobe and you will always look like a Tall Fashionista. We have more options at Tall Clothing Mall.

6. Long Layering Shirts - Eddie Bauer's layering camisole made of light weight pima cotton will extend your wardrobe choices as it can be worn under casual to dressy items.

Long Tunics

Long tunics are a must have in any tall women's wardrobe. The added length is needed for us long torso gals. The great news is that they are everywhere now! Long tunics look terrific worn over tall leggings, skinny jeans or any other slim fitting pair of pants. Drapey long tunics hide a bit of tummy flab especially if worn over the aforementioned slim fitting pants.

Tie waist long tunics like those above are flattering and help to accentuate the waist. Don't be afraid to experiment with different materials and patterns. It's best to choose a length that is at least hip length. When wearing a tunic with tall leggings, I prefer to have my rear covered. :)

Extra Long Tunics

Tunics should be a staple in every tall women's wardrobe. When you can't find "tall size shirts", tunics are always longer length than most other shirts.
